How do I reschedule a cleaning with Backyard Butler?

Call (817) 993-5400 and speak with a Backyard Butler representative. They will assist you in rescheduling your services. Keep in mind, there also may be times when weather makes it unsafe for us to travel and carry equipment and supplies to your home. Driveways and sidewalks must be cleared and accessible. Holidays may also necessitate a schedule change. Your understanding and cooperation in rescheduling is greatly appreciated.

Will the work be inspected after every visit?

Our Quality Control Inspectors inspect our teams on a regular basis. They may visit after the team leaves. A Backyard Butler Manager does these inspections to ensure the highest quality standards.

What about my windows?

We do our best to limit water on the patio area windows, however there is some over spray of water while cleaning the patio. It is suggested that a window cleaning specialist come in after to clean the windows. We offer an option for expert window cleaning services that can be arranged following your outdoor cleaning.

What about my lawn service scheduling?

It is recommended to have your scheduled Backyard Butler service scheduled after your lawn service for a sparkling clean patio area.

I have a community gate, property gate or an alarm system. What do I do on days when my Butler visits?

If we are entering your property and it has a security system, please provide us with the access codes or steps necessary for us to turn off the alarm. We will reset the alarm when we leave. Alternatively, you may want to disable it on the day of your scheduled services.

What about the weather and the need for rescheduling?

If weather is adverse weather is predicted the day of your scheduled cleaning, we will contact you to reschedule to the next available opening on the schedule. Adverse weather conditions are typically: Temperatures below 50 degrees, rain/ice/snow/freezing rain, lighting, tornado watch or warning,  or high winds. If you have an important event planned, please call the local office or (817) 993-5400 and speak with a representative. They will assist you in rescheduling your services and do their best to accommodate your needs.

What if I’m not satisfied with the service?

If you’re ever unhappy with any area we’ve cleaned, we’ll return the next business day and re-clean it.
