SCJD Enterprises LLC dba Backyard Butler ("Backyard Butler") sends text messages to customers and prospective customers who opt in.


Programs:

We offer two separate text programs. Service messages cover your service requests, estimates, and appointment scheduling. Marketing messages cover promotions and special offers. You can join one, both, or neither.


How you opt in:

You opt in by checking the box for each program on our text sign-up form at backyardbutler.net/text-updates and submitting the form. Consent is not a condition of purchase.


Message frequency:

Message frequency varies.


Cost:

Message and data rates may apply.


Opting out and help:

Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You will receive one confirmation message and no further texts. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at (817) 888-8439 or jon@backyardbutler.net.


Eligibility:

You must be 18 years of age or older to sign up for text messages.


Carriers:

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.


Privacy:
